Teladoc®
Talk to a medical doctor or mental health professional by phone or video. In response to COVID-19, Blue Shield is providing access to Teladoc medical and behavioral health services for a $0 copay through December 31.

Important: You’ll be getting a new member ID card effective January 1, 2021
If you’ve renewed your Blue Shield health coverage for next year, you’ll get a new ID card with updated information before the end of this year.
If you opted for digital access to your ID card: On January 1, you can access the most recent version of your ID card anytime, anywhere Just log into the mobile app or your Blue Shield account from any device. No other action is required.

If you opted for a paper ID card: You will receive an updated member ID card in the mail. On January 1, discard your old card. You will need to show your new card when you see a doctor, pick up a prescription, or use any other medical services. Get easy access to a digital ID card! Sign up for electronic delivery. You can view your ID card 24/7 – and never worry about losing it.

Mail service prescriptions
Fill maintenance medications with stabilized dosages for long-term conditions by mail. Receive up to a 60- to 90-day supply, depending on benefits.
